1.5 h - While you're pregnant
Scheduled before your due date, we'll focus on preparing you for the early post-partum period. We'll review the personal information form that I'll send to you before the consultation via email.We'll discuss strategies for nourishing your body during this crucial time and address common post-partum conditions. Additionally, we'll explore any specific topics or concerns that you may have.*

2nd consultation
1.5 h - After giving birth
We'll shift our focus to long-term nutrition and recovery. We'll discuss strategies and plans for maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle beyond the immediate post-partum period, ensuring a successful journey towards full recovery. *
*At the end of each session, you will receive a summary and additional information via email.
Guidance and care during pregnancy, through to post-partum period.
