We provide a variety of services including:

• Nutrition Consulting: Personalized nutrition advice for pregnant women, postpartum women, babies, and young children.

• Dietary Guidance: Support for managing food sensitivities, eczema, and related health conditions through nutritional adjustments. We can help identify potential allergies but do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Referrals will be made to a healthcare specialist when necessary.

• Private Chef Services: Cooking and meal preparation in clients' homes, particularly for postpartum women, families with babies, and busy families.

• Meal Planning and Kitchen Organization: Offering easy-to-follow meal plans, recipe ideas, and tips to help streamline daily cooking, available to anyone looking to improve their kitchen organization and free up time for other priorities.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Health and Allergy Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate information about allergies, food sensitivities, and medical conditions prior to consultations or chef services.

• Referral to Specialists: While we help identify potential food-related issues, it is your responsibility to seek medical advice from qualified professionals for diagnosis and treatment.

• Kitchen Environment: For private chef services, clients must ensure that the kitchen space is clean and operational for meal preparation.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment: Payment is required before any service or consultation takes place. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or digital payment platforms. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the total service price. 

• No Refunds: Once services have been completed, refunds are not available. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the consultation or service provided, please contact us, and we will do everything possible to address your concerns and make it right.

4. Limitations of Liability

Our services are intended to provide advice and guidance based on nutrition expertise but are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for seeking medical assistance when necessary, and we assume no liability for outcomes related to following nutritional advice or meal plans. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal information you provide, such as health details, dietary preferences, and contact information, will be treated with confidentiality and only used for the purposes of delivering our services. We will not share your information with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.
